Billing questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The free plan includes custom urx.si slugs, platform routing, QR codes and 30 days of analytics. No credit card is needed to sign up.
What happens if I go over my click allowance?
Your links keep working. We pause recording new analytics until your allowance resets next month, and let you know so you can upgrade if you want the data.
What counts as a tracked click?
One visit to one of your links. QR scans count as clicks. Obvious bots and link-preview crawlers are filtered out and don't count.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time. When you downgrade, links stay live; features outside the new plan stop applying.
What does “Soon” mean on a feature?
It's part of that plan and on the way, but not available yet. We label it so you know exactly what you get today.
Do you offer discounts?
Yearly billing gives you two months free. For non-profits, education and open-source projects, get in touch.
